Best Burger Sauce

250ml          Mayonnaise
125ml           Ketchup
0.5 tsp         Apple Cider Vinegar
0.5 tsp         Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp         Smoked Paprika
0.5 tsp         Worschteshire Sauce
0.25 tsp       Salt
0.25 tsp       Ground Black Pepper
50g              Onion / Shallot, finely minced
50g              Pickle / Gherkin, finely minced


1.  Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as desired. 
3. Transfer to air tight jar / container and keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
